Shipping, Handling, Customs, and Returns
- How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
Items are typically shipped within 2-7 days of receiving your order. Shipping time after fulfillment varies by location. Average shipping time is 5-8 days (domestic, USA), 10-20 International (shipped from USA or Europe). Sticker packs may take up to 3 months for arrival.
- Where do you ship from?
Most merchandise is shipped from California or North Carolina in the USA. Some items can also be fulfilled from our European warehouse in Latvia. Every product indicates if it ships from the USA or Europe. Based on where you're located you'll receive your order from the closest warehouse. Stickers are shipped manually by our team from New York in the USA.
- What is your return policy?
We will happily replace an item if it is in any way defective within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Unfortunately we cannot process returns or refunds for wrong sizes. Please send an email to shop@forem.com with any issues.
- What do I do if my item is lost?
Occasionally items get lost in transit. If your item does not arrive within a week from the schedule delivery date based on its tracking information, please reach out ASAP. We cannot process returns or refunds for items that are past 30 days from their expected arrival date.
- Do I have to pay customs?
Customs/duties are complicated, and vary by country. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, even if your order was made with a shop discount code. This applies only to International orders.
